Itinerary
Cusco - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu
Machupicchu Andean Transfer pick you up early in the morning from your hotel to the train station in Ollantaytambo. We will offer our best to give comfortable service for our clients. At the Ollantaytambo train station we will board the train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes, which lasts approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes by train. On this route you will enjoy beautiful landscapes glaciers and panoramic views until you arrive to the town of Aguas Calientes.
Our Tour guide will be waiting for you at Aguas Calientes train station to take you to the bus terminal where we will board the bus that will take us to the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu. The bus ride lasts approximately 30 minutes and will take you along switch paths that will allow you to enjoy the panoramic views, the surrounding mountains, tropical vegetation,to finally arrive to the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will be amazed by this monument considered one of the 7 wonders of the Modern World, then our tour guide will begin the tour, connecting you with this Archaeological Wonder, so you will better understand the history, the participation of engineers,architects of the Inca City of Machu Picchu.
After the tour at Machu Picchu, you will take the return bus to the town of Aguas Calientes Town. Once in Aguas Calientes, you will have free time to eat your meals. At the appropriate time, you will go to the train station to return to the Ollantaytambo station. Once in Ollantaytambo, you will take our transportation service for your return to the city of Cusco and then to your hotel, thus ending the wonderful experience of knowing Machupicchu in 1 full day.
