Full Itinerary
Day 1 Cusco - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes
Our adventure in Cusco will begin at 10:20 am. After prior coordination, our transportation will pick you up from your hotel and we will go to Ollantaytambo station. There we will board the train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes, with an approximate travel time of 2 hours; which indicates that we would be arriving at 12:45 pm.
During the journey, we will enjoy incredible landscapes of the high jungle of Cusco. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our team will be waiting to welcome us and accompany us to the hotel where we will spend the night. After a short rest, we will have the afternoon free for activities in Machu Picchu Pueblo, such as visiting the thermal baths of Aguas Calientes.
In the evening, our guide will give us a briefing about our guided visit to the Inca city of Machu Picchu. We will spend the night in Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Pueblo, ready for the next day’s exciting journey.

Day 2 Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes - Ollantaytambo - Cusco
Today is the most anticipated day of our adventure: we will visit Machu Picchu! We will prepare early and have breakfast before boarding the bus that will take us to the entrance of the Machu Picchu Inca City. There, our guide will accompany us for the next 2 hours on a guided tour.
We will explore the main areas of the Inca city, including the Main Temple, the Three Windows, the Intihuatana, the plaza, the fountains, and the staircases. We will also have time to take photographs and capture the beauty of the site.
After our successful visit to Machu Picchu, we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes to enjoy a delicious lunch included in our package. At 17:50 or 18:30, we will head to the Aguas Calientes train station to take the tourist train back to Ollantaytambo.
Upon arriving at the Ollantaytambo station, our transportation will be waiting to take us back to the center of Cusco city.
