Pallay Punchu Tour

Tour Overview

The Pallay Punchu Tour is a full-day excursion from Cusco to one of the most remarkable mountain formations in southern Peru. Also known as Pallay Punchu of Apu T’acllo, this mountain is famous for its natural colored lines and sharp formations that resemble the patterns of a traditional Andean poncho.

Located near Langui Lagoon in the province of Canas, Pallay Punchu offers a quieter and less crowded experience than other rainbow mountains around Cusco. Along the journey, you will enjoy high-Andean landscapes, rural communities, herds of alpacas, and panoramic views of lagoons, mountains, and vast open plains.

This tour is ideal for travelers looking for adventure, nature, photography, and a hiking experience in a destination that remains relatively unexplored.

Hike to one of the least-visited rainbow mountains in Cusco.
